No matter how much time passes, it's never too late to get back into fitness.
After looking at herself in the mirror, Kayla saw something she didn't like. She noticed that she had put on a bit of weight and was not happy with the way she looked anymore.
Kayla had been drinking too much and not making good health decisions. Her clothes no longer fit her the way she liked and she didn't feel comfortable in her own skin. She knew that something had to change.
Determined to make her recent weight gain a problem of the past, she signed-up at Steve Nash Cambie Fitness World and decided to work with a trainer as she had not exercised in many years.
Right away she knew she working with her new trainer, Nas, was the perfect decision for her. Their instant chemistry has led to an amazing friendship beyond the walls of the gym. Nas keeps her motivated and inspires her to push herself to her limits during their training sessions. She has also been instrumental in helping her work around her lingering knee issues and learn ways to make her discomfort go away.
I would get excited to go in to workout even though I struggled to make it through the 50 minute training session. I thought I had knee problems prior to working out since I always had sore legs after doing any type of simple physical activity such as walking home from work. Nas showed me different stretches and I can’t even remember the last time I’ve had any discomfort in my knees.
Since beginning her fitness journey, Kayla has lost almost 15 pounds! She's happy with her results and is constantly seeing positive changes in her life.
I feel amazing in every way. My diet is so much better and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I have more energy and sleep better at night. My confidence is back and I feel like I’ve gained a piece of myself that was missing. I’m happier than ever!
