Success Story: How Kayla Got Back Into Fitness After Neglecting her Health

After looking at herself in the mirror, Kayla saw something she didn't like. She noticed that she had put on a bit of weight and was not happy with the way she looked anymore.

Nas keeps her motivated and inspires her to push herself to her limits during their training sessions. She has  also been instrumental in helping her work around her lingering knee issues and learn ways to make her discomfort go away.


I would get excited to go in to workout even though I struggled to make it through the 50 minute training session. I thought I had knee problems prior to working out since I always had sore legs after doing any type of simple physical activity such as walking home from work. Nas showed me different stretches and I can’t even remember the last time I’ve had any discomfort in my knees.

Since beginning her fitness journey, Kayla has lost almost 15 pounds! She's happy with her results and is constantly seeing positive changes in her life.
