Get Speedy with SAQ - Saturday, February 22, 2020
What the heck is "SAQ," you ask? Well, it stands for Speed, Agility, and Quickness. This training style keys in on learning to move from a muscle extension to a contraction in a rapid or explosive manner, such as specialized repeated jumping. SAQ training consists of short, intense drills that involve quick acceleration and deceleration while moving backward, forward or side-to-side. Take part in this clinic to learn about improving your muscle's reaction time, cardio in short, intense bursts, and so much more.
Step Up with the Stepmill - Saturday, February 29, 2020
Want get the stamina and cardio boost, while working your legs and core? The Stepmill is an awesome machine for that, and we're going to guide you on everything you need to know! The Stepmill will work more muscle groups by putting your legs and glutes through a full range of motion that tightens your calves, thighs and butt.
