Bodyweight HIIT Workout You Can Do At Home!

But, that doesn't mean you can't get your workout in from home! Our Personal Trainers, instructors, and team members are working really hard to make sure you've got the resources necessary to stay fit, and #GoBeyond your fitness goals while at home! 

Our Director of Education, Logan Dube, is uploading content on the daily to get you set up with workout plans and programs, from cardio to core, to keep up with your progress with limited equipment. 

We've got this AWESOME, GT12-styled circuit and workout program you can do in the comfort of your own home. For you to stay fit, burn those calories, and keep up with your progress, this online fitness resource, the bodyweight HIIT workout, will get you going!

 

 

The exercises are: 

  • Wide Push Ups
  • Alternating Forward Step Lunges
  • Butterfly Sit Ups
  • Floor Skaters
  • Standing Lifts
  • Cobra Swimmers

Take a 1 minute rest after you've completed the 45 second timer of each exercise, and repeat! Go for AT LEAST 2 to 4 rounds to maximize the results!
