What motivates you to get out of bed Monday morning? Is it money? Is it responsibility? How do you feel? Fulfilled? Valued? Excited? Finding your purpose is an inspiring process of USING YOUR GIFTS to help others. I don’t want to say “change lives” because I think someone’s personal growth is not something that any one person can take responsibility for BUT, we can find ways to inspire and motivate others to create their own path. THAT is my motivation. I can’t change people but I can help facilitate the environment for change. Create and hold space for people to grow. Be patient; be kind; and be generous. Especially with yourself. Remember that change is scary - we are leaving the comforts that we know and venturing into things we are no good at. Be patient and always persistent.
