Our Director of Education, Logan Dube, is uploading content on the daily to get you set up with workout plans and programs, from cardio to core, to keep up with your progress with limited equipment.
Today, we've got a 6-minute warm up for you try to get your muscles primed and ready before your exercise program, workout, jog, etc.
You're going to go from a number of foam rolling variations, to a dead bug, side planks, to bird dogs.
Remember, warming up before exercising or participating in any fitness activity will allow your body to maximize its mobility and performance.
