Recipe (makes around 20 golfball-sized protein balls): 

Ingredients: 

  • 12 pitted medjool dates (soaked) 
  • 2 scoops unflavoured protein powder
  • 2 scoops collagen powder
  • 1/4 cup of pure pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp. fresh, grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk 
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • Coconut flour (as needed)

Directions: 

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. 
  2. Blend on high until all ingredients form a paste
  3. If the mixture is too wet, add 1/4 cup of coconut flour
  4. Roll mixture into golfball-sized balls
