Success Story: Learn How Exercise Helped Meghan Lose 107lbs!

At the beginning of her fitness journey, Megan knew she wanted more than just to drop a few pounds on the scale. She wanted to gain strength and, most importantly, improve her health!

In October 2017, Meghan joined Weight Watchers in the hopes of losing some weight. Initially, she wasn't interested in exercising, but after losing her first 18lbs, she started wanting to move more and decided that it was time join a gym.

After a friend's recommendation, Meghan visited Steve Nash Victoria Fitness World and became a member:

One thing I really liked about Steve Nash was how early they were open, and how helpful their staff were. Not to mention how nice the gym itself is.

She started working out 3-5 days a week, and saw some major changes in her shape, as well as, in her overall health!

 

I am now down 107lbs, and the healthiest I've been in my adult life, both physically and mentally. Over the last 6 months I have done two 10k races, walked a half marathon, and exercise almost daily. I am continuing my journey to health, and am excited for what the next year will bring.

Meghan fitness journey is not over! She is still working towards her goal weight, and will continue to exercise to achieve that goal:
