Ride Don't Hide if you've ever felt sad, depressed, anxious, or stressed.
On Thursday, May 9th, Steve Nash Fitness World & Sports Club will be holding its 2nd annual Spinathon in support of the Ride Don't Hide initiative, launched by the Canadian Mental Health Association.
We will have a bike set up outside or at a designated location at each of our 23 clubs across the province! Jump on one of the spin bikes and ride for as long as you can to support the cause and to fight against the stigma of mental health.
For each each km ridden and for each social share of #SNFCRideDontHide, we will be donating $1 to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Ride Don't Hide is the largest event in Canada to raise awareness and encourage discussions around mental health. By riding together in plain sight, Canadians are actively changing the stigma around mental health, and raising funds for mental health programs and services in our communities. Steve Nash Fitness Clubs is also proud to be involved in this campaign because it draws attention to the important role of physical exercise in mental health.
