We have one of the best Group Fitness programs around, with hundreds of classes across 23 locations in the province. From Zumba, to Street Dance, Yoga & Pilates, Le Barre, and plenty more, we have the greatest assortment of classes and instructors that you can choose from. GT12 (Small Group Personal Training)
Get the power of Group Fitness, with the results of Personal Training. GT12 is SNFC's curated small group training program, designed around the concept high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
Power through 12 stations, 12 different exercises with a partner! Join one of the 12 teams of 2, and turn your daily workout into a party. With GT12, you can burn up to 1200 calories a week, get advice and help from a Personal Trainer, and make new friends while breaking a sweat.
If the all-inclusive access to the gym and other amazing benefits aren't enough, or you're in need of extra motivation, help with programs, nutritional advice, recovery assistance, etc. you're in luck.
At SNFC, our gyms are home to some of the best certified Personal Trainers dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Start with a goal assessment and/or a nutrition consultation, and get some insight into your body's makeup, and where you currently stand both mentally and physically.
From there, our Personal Trainers will commit their time to ensuring you have the best program, prepared meal plans, proper recovery, and motivation to help you get the results to feel, look, and perform the best you ever have.

Our mobile app is your hub to recording your workouts and tracking your progress, while taking advantage of some special perks.
