FREE Group Fitness with Nira Arora at Morgan Crossing Sports Club

This February and March, we're doing a special Group Fitness offer with SNFC Brand Ambassador, Nira Arora, at Morgan Crossing Sports Club.

Nira Arora is a wife, mom of three beautiful children, and a radio host in the mornings on 94.5FM Virgin Radio Vancouver (listen for Johnny, Holly, and Nira!). That meansyou guessed itshe is a full-time working mama, but still finds the time to make fitness at SNFC a priority. Hear it from her directly below.

Starting February 8, you can sign up for as many as 8 different FREE Group Fitness classes with Nira at Morgan Crossing Sports Club. You don't even have to be a member!


Group Fitness is an excellent way to get into the gym if you're not quite sure where to start. You'll have an instructor to keep you focused and motivated, a challenging class, and a supportive group of people to work out with. 

And what better way to get a taste of our many different styles of Group Fitness classes to figure out what works for you?

We will have eight unique classes offered over an eight week period, so you can sign up for as little as one class, or as many as all eight. Nira will be there every week–and we hope you will be there, too!

And the sweet cherry on top of this (healthy) pie? Child minding for those taking these Group Fitness classes is completely free! So, drop off your kids for an hour and get your sweat on with us!

Once you're signed up, you'll just have to check in with the front desk a few minutes before the class starts to get your child minding sorted out (if required). And if you're not an existing member of Steve Nash Fitness Clubs, you'll be required to sign a waiver before class. Arriving about 15 minutes early is suggested.
