Whether or not you're a member, you can book an appointment to meet with a personal trainer to get started on developing a workout plan catered to helping you achieve your fitness goals. There are so many advantages and positives that can come from working with a personal trainer, you're bound to be amazed by the results you see!
At your free goal assessment, you can expect to:
- Have your weight and measurements taken
- Discuss any history of injury or illness
- Talk about what you hope to get out of the gym
Your trainer will walk you through how to use different gym equipment, show you proper technique, and explain what each exercise and machine will do for your body. At the end of your goal assessment, you will be given the opportunity to purchase more training sessions with no obligation to continue if you don't want to!
If you're wanting to take your experience beyond the gym walls, you can also sign-up for a free nutrition consultation. While exercise is a good first step on the road of fitness, a solid nutrition plan is a must in order to get the results you're looking for.

Whether you want to try yoga, cycling, dance cardio or anything in between, if it exists we'll have a class for it. Group fitness classes are taught by our personal trainers and can be great ways to build off everything you learn during your personal training sessions!
