Bodyweight Cardio and Core Workout you can do at home!

But, that doesn't mean you can't get your workout in from home! Our Personal Trainers, instructors, and team members are working really hard to make sure you've got the resources necessary to stay fit, and #GoBeyond your fitness goals while at home! 

Our Director of Education, Logan Dube, is uploading content on the daily to get you set up with workout plans and programs, from cardio to core, to keep up with your progress with limited equipment. 

This time, work on your cardio and get that strong foundation you've been wanting! This GT12-inspired bodyweight cardio and core workout will have you huffin' and puffin' as if it were a GT12 session in one of our clubs!

Do each movement for 30 seconds, and rest between 0-60 seconds as needed! 

The exercises in this circuit are: 

  • Floor Skaters
  • Push Ups with Rotation
  • Oblique Heel Reaches
  • Squat (with Jumps)
  • Plank and Side Shuffle
  • Side Plank (Kneeling Clam)
  • Hurdle Burpees (3 options)
  • Mountain Climbers (2 levels)
  • Russian Twists
  • Seal Jacks
  • Plank Side Hip Drops
  • Flutter Kicks

Logan recommends doing 2-3 rounds of all the exercises! Remember, 30 seconds, go right away to the next exercise or rest for up to 1 minute!
