1. New workout gear

Buying new workout gear always makes everyone super excited to workout in them. Look cute and crush your workout!

2. Set SMART goals (both short term and long term goals)

Write out SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound). Writing them down will hold you more accountable than if you only thought of the goals in your head.

Write short term goals and long term goals. What you want to accomplish in 1 month (short term) and what you want to accomplish in 6 months (long term) and when in doubt, always just re-set goals.

3. Set a schedule and stick to it

Set a schedule. Maintain the same number of days and a length that works for your! Put it in your schedule, whether you block it in your calendar, set a reminder on your phone, whatever! Nothing is better than getting a good workout in, even on a busy day!
