You can come to class expecting a full-body workout that incorporates cardio-based drills and strength training in a motivating and encouraging atmosphere.
Kettlebell exercises, like kettlebell swings and weighted lunges, will target the glutes, quads and hamstrings, while the dumbbell exercises (like rows, curls, and presses) target smaller muscles in the upper body that still need some love: shoulders, arms, and more.
Hells Bells adds an element of functional training with the Sandbell. Sandbell exercises move your body through 3 separate and complete ranges of motion to make everyday activities, like picking up your groceries, easier.
