Add these on to your everyday routine, or make these the main course. Personal trainer, Kalena Morton from Steve Nash Fitness World Langley gives you 12 ways to burn off some of those extra treats with this holiday-themed HIIT workout!

Complete each exercise as shown, adding one more exercise per day:

 

12 days of Fitmas - Free workout guide

On the 1st day of Fitmas, my trainer gave to me:

  • 1 x 30 Second Plank

On the 2nd day of Fitmas, my trainer gave to me:

  • 2 x Pushups
  • 1 x 30 Second Plank

On the 3rd day of Fitmas my trainer gave to me:

  • 3 x Burpees
  • 2 x Pushups
  • 1 x 30 Second Plank

On the 4th day of Fitmas my trainer gave to me:

  • 4 x Gingerbread Jacks (jumping jacks)
  • 3 x Burpees
  • 2 x Push Ups
  • 1 x 30 Second Plank
